Octopus is a company that really listens. The flat structure at Octopus is also a huge benefit, making managers and team leaders etc accessible. The management at Octopus are really supportive and the company actively has campaigns/approaches to ensure mental health and wellbeing is looked after. The offices are also kept stocked with fruits/breakfast bars/teas/coffees which is only a small detail but goes a long way to creating a lovely office environment.

Its amazing to work for a company who look after their staff and you are able to climb the corporate ladder and you get help on every step of the way Managers treat you with respect, in fact it feels like a family and there is never a dull moment in the office You also have the option to work from home and you are trusted and treated like adults Would not work anywhere else!!!!
