Amazing interview process. Very informative and in depth to make sure, not only are you the right fit for them, but the role is the right fit for you. Help and communication all the way through. The discovery day (over zoom) was great as an insight into the company and their values. And was interesting to meet and speak to some current employees. Honestly, would recommend to anyone who is interested in a career in customer service. Easily one of the best recruitment processes I've been through.
