the company provide flexible hours very good for students, uniform is provided, opportunity for growth exists, but still very few and travel to Italian Convention, friendly collective but not managers

work under pressure of profit target, what is sometimes very difficult, too customer service orientation, lots of over work ( although it is paied double), lack of trainings
