-support your idea -a lot of training to develop your talent -still a small company with a chance to grow up -as a company focus on customer service they really teach me how to provide an amazing service and experience to every customer

It doesn't come up in my mind any cons, I am really satisfied from my job, that's the reason why I am working for them for more than 7 years.

-I've been lucky enough to work with a great team. -Full training at the Head Office, which was all detailed and greatly explained.

Cons

-Management from the head office ; Even though you're already doing your best and meeting the deadlines required, they will never thank or congratulate you but ask you why you couldn't do better -High pressure if you don't reach targets
