Pros

Informal and young environment. Lots of opportunities to growth. Strong company with a XX% yearly profit growth. Good treatment (food, car, house, expenses, travelling, hotels, etc..). They trust in the people and give lot of responsabilities even if you are not ready yet: it's up to the employee demonstrate his skills and succeed and they give you the opportunity to do it. Direct involvement also with top management, CEO and President. The President is a great entrepreneur!

Cons

Workload very high compared with the salary expectation or compared with other similar roles but in other sector (the textile never pays very much). Organization structure not very clear.
