Pretty flexible if you discuss your schedule in advance, all staff is nice and manager nice as well, pay is good and there is the opportunity to grow within the retail environment. You also get a generous discount on all products.

Cons

Really depends on the store manager. Sometimes unrealistic goals and targets are set.

I'm always happy to go to work because I have an amazing team. Flexible shifts. 6 really nice uniforms a season! Discount card for all Caledonia's brands.

Cons

Really hard to grow in this company. People don't believe in you and your knowledge. Not real training for new employees and people want to grow. People don't listen you if you have any problem.
