They hire pretty much anybody.

Cons

Insane work environment. I saw people lose their jobs for having cancer. The HR representative is callous and petty. She enjoys walking people out in front of the other employees to put fear into them. People would find out their jobs were cut when they came in to find that their badges wouldn’t work at the door. Security would tell them that they had been fired.

Co-workers were fun to work with and knowledgable

Cons

Unrealistic goals, work off a draw aka no salary, no clients so all the sales you have to generate on your own, management truly had no clue what they were doing, poor recruiting strategies
