      Its a "path" to a considerable amount of sister companies as well as parent company, Adecco

      Cons

      The compensation is ridiculous. Even with experience they start you at 35k and you can work up to an $8k max salary bonus. Competing companies are paying almost double base salary. The commission structure makes you pennies, so its not like its better to get paid less base for more commission. They really need to value their employees more, and maybe they wouldnt have such high turnover.

      Pros

      There's a lot of opportunity to challenge yourself, and for increased earning potential if you're a good Recruiter. I love the new remote work model although this varies based on your manager.

      Cons

      Not all managers are created equal. Some of the managers are encouraging leaders and others are micromanagers that seem to be lacking confidence that don't trust their team.
