Pros
I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews! Working here was one of the best experiences I have had professionally. I felt constantly welcome, appreciated, and challenged. I loved helping people find jobs and the positive support from my team. My team was amazing! We had tons of laughs and a great working environment. Coming into work was always such a great experience. I only left because I was contacted for a position to travel to Europe and work in luxury resorts. And even then, the decision to leave my team, my candidates, and Modis was not an easy one. I still miss working there and seeing my co-workers every day. Being a recruiter takes a lot of work, a lot of heart, and a lot of determination. If you have the willpower to give all of those things into your career (which anyone should) then working here will be such a positive experience. I would recommend working here to anyone! I've referred multiple friends to apply and would go it again!!
Cons
The office layout is a little strange but Modis is looking for a new, hip, and unique office space. I'm so excited for my former co-workers as to what that will look like for them!
