      Electricity, heat, free coffee, free parking

      Cons

      Micromanagement, back biting, favoritism, lack of integrity in business dealings with employees, consultants, clients. A word of really good advice: before you join Modis, ask to see the FULL Great Place to Work Survey results. Make sure you see the details that represent the branch, region or function your are considering employment with. RED FLAG if the hiring manager will not provide it or provides only the sanitized corporate results.

      Pros

      They do have job openings.

      Cons

      This was a very good company about 10 years ago when there were many talented, hard working and loyal Managers, BDMs, and RDMs. However, the truth is all the talent left due to various reasons (too many to name to be honest) and the company has struggled ever since. The company is just too big for it's own good and they can't compete with the rest of the industry. I could list many terrible things but that would be pouring salt on an open wound.

      - The culture provides a great reference for appreciating future roles after you leave. - Wherever you go the grass IS greener! - Singular vertical focus allows for specialization and career growth.

      Cons

      - Words of management do not match actions. - After being reassured of future growth opportunities they are later taken away without reason. - Popularity contest, based on being buddies not performance. - Management is fickle. - No training & development provided.
