Pros

Free Liability Insurance Steady pay Benefits for full time only Nice location Bookings are usually good, Fully booked if popular. Decent pay for starters job. Mostly positive environment. Room for growth I honestly loved working at my location and my fellow coworkers.

Cons

Franchised based Management needs work. Biased and gossips about other employees. Too much drama, favoritism. Easily written up for anything. ( hence gossiping not allowed by anyone but management) No sit pay. Commission based only Owners seem biased Not really any perks, minus a dollar for requests, prebooks and enhancements but if locations do not perform owners liking, you will lose those perks.
