Pros

Very fun industry to be in. Most locations offer free services to all of their employees once a month, or at least discounted prices. It is nice knowing that if I were to move, there is always a location available nearby that i could possibly work for.

Cons

The pay is way below average on every level. I started as a Sales Associate and worked my way up through the company to Manage my very own clinic. Every level was overworked and underpaid. Even the LMT's.

Relaxed and quiet work environment. Good for those who don't like being around excessive noise or seasonal music. Half priced services on massages and facials. Discounts on products.

Cons

Heavy on the sales goals. I was terminated because the last month I was employed, I didn't sell enough memberships. I don't agree with that sort of practice because I can't force someone to buy something if they don't want to.

The position I applied for didn't mention sales in its description, and I was consistently getting degraded by the clinic owner for having a poor work ethic
