Room for growth, freedom, opportunity for ideas

Cons

no health dental etc even though they con applicants into believing they offer it. If salary, you work wayyy more than 40 hours. No paid vacation or sick time. Barely pay for phone bill even though your whole bill is due to employees.

-meeting new people everyday -getting to know each client and being a friendly face every client sees when they come in -management always kept you motivated no matter what -therapists always kept open communication -friendly even family oriented work environment

Cons

NOTHING at all other than...... Maybe just having to meet sales goals but management always had encouraging words for us all
