They work well with my schedule especially when I request schedule changes due to school. They have opportunities to grow within the company.

Cons

Selling memberships to clients who do not much agree with the membership itself and having intensive training ever other month or so

>Customers always call to complain about something. They call to cancel memberships, to state they had the worst therapist ever.. very busy clinic and constant complaining clients >Owner is the worst I've ever had. She has no respect for sales associates or therapists. She is harsh, a micromanager, she will never give you encouragement, and will pressure you constantly to sell. >There is division between the front desk associates and therapists > Too much focus on selling. Its all about the sales! > You are forced to lie to clients and tell them you will waive an enrollment fee that does not exist. Not fun >No growth potential

Relaxing environment (depending on co-workers but the clinic and music are serene) Free massage every month Commission Meeting lots of new people

Cons

Our current owner is very rude and she micromanages. She has nearly ruined moral here and that makes it extremely difficult to continue working. If you will work at a ME, I do encourage meeting the owner before signing on because they effect everything
