Pros
Paying the lowest wages of any spa of ever worked at allowed them to market and fill up the schedule.
Cons
Being asked to not take legally mandated breaks up to 5 consecutive hours of deep tissue with five minutes to get my client out flip the room and take the new client. Despite high performance raises were infrequent and basically meaningless and constantly being threatened by management not to ask for more and being called entitled by the owner.
