Pros

The therapists are mostly nice. The pay arrives on time and you get rates on massages

Cons

There is TONS of shady stuff going on here. The least of which is bribery and intimidation. The owner is arrogant and self serving. She acts like everyone of her employees is dear to her but she is actually very sexist and will talk about employees behind their back. As a therapist you will get let go if you try to quit because she is paranoid of business being stolen. It is not uncommon for her to lie and falsify information to both her employees and corporate. Many therapists haven't gotten a raise in 3+ years!

There really aren't any. This company hates its front desk for no reason.

Cons

Constant standing, drama, unfair wages; if you are front desk, you are treated like you aren't needed, even though you are the ones holding the clinic together; I could go on for days.
