The turn over is constant. I've been working for the company for 3 years and I've gone through 6 general managers. Extreme favoritism- so as long as you're on the GM's good side you're fine, but if you get on their bad side, work can become very tense and uncomfortable. Lastly, instead of the upper management caring about the people that walk through the doors every day (clients), all they and corporate seem to care about is sales and money.

Pressure to sale to every member and non member. Some days are slow and at times there can be more than 3 Astheticians scheduled which means less appointments for everyone. Talks about other employees to anyone who will listen. Hours will be cut if sales arent met. Micomanaged on every level. Is known to be always watching, has an app on phone to watch/hear employees when not at "the clinic.". Too good to be true upon first meeting. ZERO experience in this industry. What is known is what seasoned therpist have told and taught. Don't let the (fake) smiles and hugs fool you.
