Pros

Working for Massage Envy is average. Overall business culture and environment is dependable on each clinic and reflects the personalities of the business owners which can be positive or negative Not a bad place to be to start off your career.

Cons

Compensation is slightly below par and is strictly based on sales and performance. Business culture can be hard depending on the individual owner and how they treat/manage employees. Advancement may be difficult as well depending on how the owners want to expand

Pros

They will hire you right out of school.

Cons

One feels like a cog in the wheel with little appreciation and recognition for individuals performance and concerns. Depends who the owners are if your concerns will be addressed. In my case-my concern about not getting my tips that were left at the front desk were NEVER addressed and simply dismissed as unimportant. Also depends on the front desk employees- beware of them taking tips!!!
