Mangement is wishy washy tells co-workers its okay to do one thing then next turn around and tell us its not okay. job securtiy at times feels unsafe becuase of the feeling of negative talk between managers about co-workers. upon hiring managers tell agrees to such things such as wages, days off, and hours. once hired you work on days you need off at a wages lower than approved for.

The pay sucks, not to mention you're working harder than you're getting paid. If you dont book you'll get paid minimum wage. Also, I was lied to, I was told that I'd be making 15/hr whether i book or not, boy was I wrong. Insurance benefits suck too, you only get hospital benefits, and your preventative care costs are about 100 per visit out of pocket. If I didn't need the experience ( I plan to own my own practice) I'd tell them to kiss my ass. Horrible!
