Pros

They are very considerate. They do all the leg work for you to find your clients. Flexible schedules, but consistent week to week. Overall good atmosphere and teamwork!

Cons

Started with company at opening so it was a bit slower. Now are are busy and sometimes don't have long breaks. Pay isn't negotiable, but they pay you for upgraded services.

Pros

If you are good at sales, your commission can make your check. I was promoted within 3 months and began training for management. It is a great company to move up in.

Cons

The hours are sporadic. The turnaround is high, so it is stressful on management and employees. No benefits. Mostly women, so there can be a lot of negative energy.

Eager to hire at all times, good chance of high booking percentage due to high traffic volume. No rental or equipment fees.

Cons

No breaks between massages unless prearranged, extremely high volume of work on good days, you sit idle on bad days. Only paid for time booked. Cancellation policy often means you don't get paid for wasted time.
