Pros

Great place to work if you are a massage therapist, you will make good money. Good management opportunity to get experience under your belt. Customer service and sales skills can be developed here.

Cons

Experience varies by location since they are independently owned and operated. Corporate's innovations have caused more problems than they have solved. Management does not receive the pay they should considering the tasks they are responsible for.

Pros

Free massage or facial once a month

Cons

The scheduling system is difficult, has a lot of detailed steps and you basically have to remember scripts for answering the phone.
