Cons

This location has ongoing issues with organization, communication, and management consistency. Basic operational concerns, including supplies and workflow, were not handled effectively, which impacted both staff and overall experience. There have also been continued and unnecessary complications retrieving personal property after separation, including refusal to return an item intended for personal use. Overall, many of the challenges here felt avoidable and reflective of poor management decisions rather than isolated issues.
