      Pros

      They give pretty decent benefits, they give you new furniture to work at, and its a large powerful company with global recognition.

      Cons

      Terrible management team across the board, they care only about the bottom line and not the thousands of employees affected by cuts. As long as the senior people get their multi-million dollar bonuses, thats all that matters.

      Company takes on two many new ideas at once Makes too many changes too often Does not allow enough time to roll out new innitiatives before scraping the idea Dis-organized on-boarding Module training-very boring and doesn't really train Lack of leadership-leaders are leaders in title, not with action Co is so large, you are just a number beyond the local level

      Pros

      Not only is Manpower is a fair place to work as a woman, minority, or person with a disability, but there is plenty of opportunity for advancement for anyone willing to put forth the effort. Many people move from one department to the next as they create their own unique career path.

      Cons

      You're tossed in on day one, and left to sort out the details for yourself. While the company is working on it's onboarding process, the systems employed to manage operations are complex, and business processes can change from time to time. You have to stay on your feet and be good at asking questions.
