      Pros

      Well established company, well known name for the most part. Good Benefits. Gives those that can do the job great satisifaction in helping people find work.

      Cons

      So many "new and improved" processes, tend to lose focus of what we are here to do for our local clients and local associates. Compensation is HORRIBLE! I am often temped to take some of the positions clients present to us because they offer more than I make! Never really sure who has your best interest in mind. Seems like you can be told one thing and yet another is done.

      Pros

      Best reason is at the branch level on helping people get jobs. Also, the work the company does on social responsibility is good.

      Cons

      Unethical behavior at senior level, including personal relationships which are going unquestioned. Management does not care about employees and they don't provide any direction or prioritization so everyone runs around doing everything and wasting a lot of money and time. They only care about checking stuff off their to-do lists so they can get their bonuses (and then tell staff to take time off without pay).
