      Great compensation - you work hard you make good money. You essentially set your own salary.

      Cons

      There is constant Sales pressure and your "numbers" are shared with everyone making some work interactions less than professional.

      Free gym membership and great facilities. Take pride in being friendly to everyone and making sure the members have a great experience.

      Cons

      Little room for advancement and all hours are pretty much determined by the supervisor although you do have some say.
