A few questions about childcare experience and managing conflict at work. They also asked about managing interactions with clients and customer service. The questions were fairly easy and relaxed. Not really that much to say about the interview process. It was pretty easy, but I did have an advantage, seeing that a friend was already working there and put in a good word for me.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback We’re glad the interview felt relaxed, though we’re always looking for ways to make the experience more engaging and informative for candidates. I applied online. I interviewed at Life Time (New York, NY) in May 2026
Interview
Pretty simple basic interview questions along with a tour of the facility. Pretty chill honestly. Manager didn’t seem like he cared too much about answers. More-so catered to vibe and personality

Question 1
They asked me questions in different scenarios. Like one question was give me a time I had to deal with a coworker with a different view

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Phoenix, AZ) in Mar 2026
Interview
Basic background questions and really getting to know you for you rather than the generic interview questions. They go off of your vibe and personality, how much you know about health and wellness and if you’ve ever been in the space before.
