      Pros

      Excellent product, the facilities themselves are fantastic and a good value to the Customer. Some of the people I worked with were great people and we had excellent relationships.

      Cons

      Bad Benefits, Eat what you kill, the turnover at the organization was insane. It felt like they almost built it in the budget because it is so rampant. Also, the training is unrealistic and doesn't translate to real life in any way, shape or form.
