Pros

Learning how to sell higher end health club memberships is great sales training, get good at it and move on

Cons

You're going to work a LOT...all different hours. They want maximum productivity to the point that people flake out after a short time.

Pros

It was a fun place to work. My hours weren't bad once I had been there for a while. I made a lot of great friends there.

Cons

I didn't agree with the company policies I had to enforce. I wasn't able to cancel memberships without 30 days notice, and they still had to pay one more month before they were able to cancel. This sucked for the member and it was awful having to explain it to them, because they would be upset with me.
