Where to start. LC used to be a great place to work. Something happened. Something very bad happened. It went down fast. The upper management team has no idea what they are doing anymore. It feels as though they are just throwing everything they can at the wall and seeing what sticks but they aren't even throwing good ideas. We have changed policies numerous times throughout the past 2 years or so. We've lost an unreal amount of very experienced and passionate workers, some of which had been her 20+ years. Nobody really cares about what they do anymore because if you don't exceed every goal they set on you you get put on a dumb dumb list and then you have to quadruple your paperwork to figure out why you didn't do as well as they wanted you to do. Also while you are doing 100x the work you used to you are now getting about 1/4 of the help and 1/3rd of the hours to do it in. If you want to watch a company die from the inside out from their own doing come work for us. Not that you will actually get hours because once you're hired they will cut your hours to shreds but it's fun to watch something this big go down and watch the upper management panic and blame the people keeping the ship afloat. Also probably not LC's fault per say but we used to have great benefits but now I can't afford the medicines I've always been getting because the plan we have suddenly got really horrible overnight. One of the main reason I stayed at this company for 10 years was the benefits so thanks for making everyones choice of leaving for higher ground easier I guess.
