Pros

Some great people with years of experience (sadly now leaving on-mass).

Cons

Totally amateur, clueless senior management. Capped commission (capped after over achieving!) and not a single soul really wanting to be part of the datacentre business in the UK. If you're good at tech sales and looking for a new sales role, avoid this firm. Useless HR function that seems powerless to stop the rot created by some completely out of their depth senior management.

Pros

The pay is higher than average for the area and the bonus structure is often very generous. The benefits are better than most other companies in the area with a great 401K matching plan

Cons

The executive leadership is not great. Many of the EDs and VPs are in that role because they have been there for so long, not because it was earned or deserved. Many do not make decisions that are best for the long term or future of the company. Lenovo does not want to invest time and resources in advancing their products, no chances are taken and oftentimes leadership does not listen to customer needs and wants. Their customer and user experience is by far one of the worst in the industry
