      Salary, homeworking, freedom on managing time

      Cons

      Totally unorganized, very poor management level, very low level of skills and knowledge, they fire people without any concrete reason - yes adn if you are not a friend of someone you will be fired, but you don't know when, and they hire people for friendships. Numbers, workflows and create teams is something that belonged to fantasy word.

      Great focus on China, poor in other GEOs. Poor management (except for CEO) Poor processes/poor equity No development plans for employees HR inconsistent
