Quick process, interviewers were nice and made the process as comfortable as possible. 1st stage was an AI interview , 2nd stage was a virtual interview with Lenovo leaders. The last stage was an onsite interview with a panel.

Why are you interested in the LASR Program/ working at Lenovo
Usually total of 4 rounds. First two will mostly be technical round, with focus on python, SQL hands on coding with the understanding you have of your projects. Next two rounds will be with the mangers and leads where they will try to figure out your fitment with the team and requirement.
