Work hard and you will be rewarded with responsibility and money, networking within the company is key to progress. You have to be proactive - sit around waiting and you will wait a long time.

Cons

Still a laddish pub culture sometimes Slightly smug about reputation but that has taken several dents recently

- Facilities available like Free Bus Facility, Meal Cards,Training (Available only if your Manager allows).

Cons

- No Work Life Balance, long Hours to Work unnecessarily specifically for Some Projects in TSS(Now CIB) with worse Managers and Non Helping Seniors are complete disaster.
