Pros

Multi-national company having thousands of employees managing trillions in assets, Good company culture, friendly and easy-going colleagues, supportive, opportunity to work on a wide variety of interesting projects, good work-life balance

Cons

Lots of bureaucracy in daily procedures, have to wait long to have your request completed, not able to use any software you desire or access particular website (eg gmail, youtube, etc), lots of security constraints.

none everything is fine the hierarchy tree is pretty big so u wont get noticed easily
