Good Salary. You can get good hike and bonus if you are in the good books of your manager. Decent salary for freshers. Work life Balance. Can gain Banking Domain knowledge if you are in a proper team.

Cons

Except few teams most of them uses technologies that are obsolete. Learning curve will come down.
