Pros

The pay is better than other companies in the area. It's a beautiful work campus. The company encourages job movement, which means you get the opportunity to move on to another job or project team without fear of reprisal

Cons

Management expects us to work a minimum of 45-50 hrs/wk. Never have I worked for a company that expected this as the norm.
