Hard to find a starting point to express how I feel. Angry? Used? Brainwashed? Deceived? They will chew you up and spit you out. They do NOT care. You are a warm body to them, that is it. It’s devastating honestly. To work for a company for so many years and be soooo under valued. But you know, I guess shame on me for staying as long as I did on this sinking ship. That’s where loyalty will get you with Ideal Image….NO WHERE! This company would rather lie, manipulate, gaslight, and honestly try to make you feel crazy, before they will acknowledge that there are MAJOR issues. The company is a MESS!! -Horrible upper leadership. I mean horrible! There is absolutely no transparency and they will actually tell you lies (literal lies) to make it seem like they have things under control, they don’t. -Zero work/life balance…and they could care less (I mean you’re only there to make them money right? You aren’t important). Expect to work 10-12 days, don’t plan on using PTO as it will affect your metrics and make it nearly impossible to catch up (cause after all, you have to work to hit your base pay before you can start making commission) -Morals? Ethics? Forget em! Can’t have those here if you want to be successful. I could honestly go on and on, but then people who actually need to read this review…wouldn’t because of the length. So PLEASE trust the bad reviews. Those 5 stars you see, mostly false information asked to be written to alter their ratings. Just do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for employment.

New employees have no ability to ask questions. You go through minimal trainning at an alternative site and are imediately booked. Patients come not assessed properly. Patients are commonely upset with their consultation, delayed scheduling, absent responce to inquiries, no management responce, frequent cancelations, inconsistencies, and misunderstandings to the services needed to acheive there goal. Employees are punished for wrong doings as early as a couple weeks, after pleeding for support. Services are promised to employees when hired but not obtainable in reality.
