Pros

Work remotely, decent benefits packages

Cons

They over hire because of massive turnover instead of taking care of the employees they have. Upper management absolutely does not care about morale. Too many people drinking the company kool-aid to see how badly they're being treated. Morally bankrupt company.

Pros

Got to learn about the world of aesthetics. Had the opportunity to receive services as an employee.

Cons

High workload + long hours. Sometimes, there is no time to leave to use the restroom or take your lunch, depending on the manager, Commission + benefit structure constantly changing/getting worse.
