Pros

Clinic level employees are wonderful and hard workers. The issues with this company cannot be resolved at clinic level.

Cons

This is a classic case of selfish capitalism. Ideal Image is stealing money for guests. They are always understaffed. The pay is extremely low. I cannot afford to work for them. It feels like charity work.

Pros

It’s difficult to list the pros because even though you’re promised them, you’re never given them. I did work with some fantastic individuals and passionate nurses.

Cons

- dishonesty is encouraged - you never get your free treatments - turn over rate is astonishing - poor training for sales AND medical staff - poor communication - expect schedule changes without your consent or notice - predatory marketing campaigns - expected to manipulate clients emotions for same day sale - financing used to prey on those who can’t afford treatments - constant price changes - no privacy (they listen to you even when you’re not currently on a phone call)

Great company to begin with. Loved the culture and support. The pay was phenomenal doing what you had a passion for. Everyone was a part of the team.

Cons

After covid the company went remote and greed kicked in. The direction changed and became all about money. What was about 150 sales consultants thru out the country became maybe 375 people all competing for a sale. Sharks who had no experience in the industry, stealing sales, lying were rewarded as long as they brought in sales. Somedays you would wait for a call 6 hours even if you had seniority and was a top consultant and had a bad month. Calls were directed to the newbie who had the top sales and close. Over promising and not delivering. Guest pay up front, but couldn't get a treatment sometimes 6 months out, or we couldn't give a date. Practices that made you question your integrity. Absolutely no loyalty.
