Be prepared to work through your breaks and be in a high pressured sales environment that is not patient centered. I often found myself working late to catch up on charting and to clean the treatment rooms for the next day (there is no housekeeping staff ) There is very little room for advancement as a treatment provider and the skills that you do gain in this job mimics that of an esthetician. You will lose your nursing skills. The culture is much like that of a high school clique where gossip and back stabbing behavior is rampant. The center managers are sales people not medical professionals and it all comes down to $$$$ not patient care.

This company is all about sales. They don't care about their employees, or even guests once they have their money. Benefits are crazy expensive. Managers are terrible communicators. Training is terrible and incomplete- specifically injectables training most of the nurses didn't feel comfortable injecting people's faces after the meager training, and if I was a paying guest, I wouldn't let me inject. They are trying to expand their services (which is good), but the execution is sloppy and rushed. Policies are changed from day to day, and not necessarily for any logical reason (especially since if you wait long enough they'll switch it back to the way it was previously).
