Pros
The yummy kool-aid they serve you at “Training”! All looks good and perfect, until you step into the real world.
Cons
Zero management assistance from corporate. They preach transparency but DO NOT believe it. When you meet bonus goals they change them to make them impossible to reach. No matter how much you raise survey numbers and revenue they will never be happy. Worst job of my entire life. I cannot believe I quit my previous job to take this “Ideal” one!
