The worst company it's a scam with uneducated ignorant retail managers with no skills to actually manage. The "base" is a draw against your commissions if you meet your quota you make only a little more than the base of 40k. You have to work 9 hour days and six days a week the last week of the month. They will suck all your time toy with your pay it's a scam, not for anyone with anything to offer. Total time waster. The uneducated manager is trying to manager people who are nurses, PA's, and NPS total disaster, all of it is a joke It's going down hill with the new CEO and the company will suffer bust mostly the employees. All across the country and in Canada employees hate their job and call it a dungeon.

The company is more focused on making money than treating the employees right. The daily threats of if you don't drink the kool aid you will be replaced are overwhelming. This used to be an amazing company to work for with great rewards, but since the new ownership came to town it all went downhill. We are required to sell services that most of the staff isn't comfortable with, it went from strictly laser hair removal to extreme beauty treatments that no one got real good training on. I advise anyone I know that is interested in these services to look elsewhere. Even the nursing staff is nervous to try some of the treatments on themselves for fear of the unknown. A lot of the employees have left the company and went to new places to get away from this chaos.
