Pros
There can be money to be made if you like to work 80+ hours each week, getting your vacations cancelled and work six days a week. The guests that came in were great and its nice to build a strong relationship with them. I did feel like I was really helping people
Cons
The company is more focused on making money than treating the employees right. The daily threats of if you don't drink the kool aid you will be replaced are overwhelming. This used to be an amazing company to work for with great rewards, but since the new ownership came to town it all went downhill. We are required to sell services that most of the staff isn't comfortable with, it went from strictly laser hair removal to extreme beauty treatments that no one got real good training on. I advise anyone I know that is interested in these services to look elsewhere. Even the nursing staff is nervous to try some of the treatments on themselves for fear of the unknown. A lot of the employees have left the company and went to new places to get away from this chaos.
