      Been going down a rabbit hole lately

      Pros

      Some teams are good. Some people are good.

      Cons

      Bonuses are negligible. Pay disparity is present. Company has been on decline since 2023. The country head is one of the most incompetent person in management. Back to office is being forced on employees under the threat of laying off. 9 hours in the office is being pushed through managers onto the team. 5 days WFH in a quarter is being termed as flexibility. The senior management doesn't care about employees' wellbeing. And one could go on and on about the cons here.

      There are no pros to working at this company. Save yourself the stress and headache of joining this company. Do not join this organisation or your sense of self and mental health will take the largest dip you can imagine.

      No job security and pathetic management

      They pay fine although not at all an ideal place to work

      Cons

      Practice of termination by forcing employees to resign. Witnessed a lot of cases during my tenure. Pathetic management. They hire only freshers and do not want to hire or retain tenured employees except a few. The tenured people there are a category of people who does not want to grow and would never let the new members grow. The senior management works like lala companies. No recognition and appreciation of good work. No rewards, no perks, no cabs, no motivation.
