Pros

Great team members on the ground with lots of experience. Very friendly and helpful.

Cons

Upper management is too bad, they don't care about the people on the ground. Compensation packages don't reflect the employees experience. Raises at minimum. Bonuses don't align with the agreed percentage for high performant, and they are often delayed.

Lack of growing path, bad salaries, cult of drink the cool aid or get out and mainly bully sexist white dominant toxic environment, forgetting that after all we remain being humans, instead becoming machines
