Been going down a rabbit hole lately - Software Developer ION Group Employee Review

Bonuses are negligible. Pay disparity is present. Company has been on decline since 2023. The country head is one of the most incompetent person in management. Back to office is being forced on employees under the threat of laying off. 9 hours in the office is being pushed through managers onto the team. 5 days WFH in a quarter is being termed as flexibility. The senior management doesn't care about employees' wellbeing. And one could go on and on about the cons here.
