      Pros

      They pay fine although not at all an ideal place to work

      Cons

      Practice of termination by forcing employees to resign. Witnessed a lot of cases during my tenure. Pathetic management. They hire only freshers and do not want to hire or retain tenured employees except a few. The tenured people there are a category of people who does not want to grow and would never let the new members grow. The senior management works like lala companies. No recognition and appreciation of good work. No rewards, no perks, no cabs, no motivation.

      Pros

      I get to work from home and have a grand-fathered in unlimited PTO policy. And that's about it.

      Cons

      RUN. This is just a horrible company to work for. Either you are living in constant fear of being fired or you are so overworked you feel like you have to work 60 hours a week just to do the bare minimum. The CEO, Andrea, is just gutting everything, doing mass layoffs over and over again. He has no clear visit for the company, goal posts keep changing, and everyone is setup to fail.
