      Pros

      Great possibility to get in contact with cutting edge people and experience on a variety of fields. Tech and non-tech profiles are welcome and it's a good place to learn a lot.

      Cons

      Some countries, especially the minor ones, are not that aligned with the global culture and keeps moving with the tradizional micromanagement and command and control environment, which ultimately leads to poor work-life balance, poor engagement and high turnover.
