Great compensation and employee benefits. The salary and perks are above average in the industry.

Cons

Onboarding is extremely slow — I spent almost a month waiting for access and setup before being able to start working. Once I began, daily workflows were inefficient: pull requests were often reviewed at the end of the day, delaying feedback and progress. I was hired as a React Senior Developer but assigned to another framework where I wasn’t senior, and my performance was evaluated as if I were. Communication was inconsistent, and productivity was often judged on perception rather than actual work delivered.

Cons

glass ceiling at director level for women, over the years it became harder to connect with executive level management. I left when the sense of community weakened.
