- HMO for all employees, Free HMO for 1 parent if single and up to 3, first-gen. if Married - If you want to avail yourself of their Retirement plan, they will pay a certain amount for you as well. - 5 days mandatory leave, 10 days mandatory leaves for those who handle finances - 20 days Vacation Leave and 15 days Sick Leave - Competitive salary and can bargain if you want. - The management is very considerate when it comes to their employees - Transportation Allowance - Rice allowance - Medicine Allowance - Provides yearly flu vaccine to their employees

Cons

- Can't convert the vacation leaves you didn't use in cash. - Shifting schedule, you don't know when you will change your schedule. Usually every year they rotate the teams. - if you are handling Japan accounts, no Christmas break for you. But you can talk with your manager about it.
